Entrenous B&B Ghent

My parents felt very comfortable here and plan to return on their next visit. We live nearby, and though we haven't stayed ourselves, they were looked after perfectly, which mattered a lot to me. Their room was clean, cosy, and well equipped, with plenty of delicious breakfast options and very good quality tea and coffee available 24/7. It's on a quiet side street near a tram stop for the city centre, or you can take a scenic 20-minute walk. They enjoyed their morning walks in Citadel park, just across the road.

My girlfriend and I felt really comfortable in the bedroom the hosts gave us. They clearly put a lot of effort into making the place enjoyable for everyone. It's a gorgeous, friendly spot, a short walk or tram ride from the centre of the beautiful city Gent.

The hosts were so helpful and informative, which made it easy to discover this lovely city. The communal area is cool, and the little terrace is a real luxury in a city location. Breakfast was fabulous, with fresh fruit and a bean-to-cup coffee machine available without limit. The bed was lovely and comfy, with luxury linen, and the rainmaker shower and lotions were great.

Jerone and Christine were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and full of information. We had breakfast each morning, and nothing was too much trouble: fresh-made omelettes and bacon, lots of choice, and plenty of fabulous extras at no extra charge. There's also a free tea and coffee machine available 24 hours. Our immaculate modern room had everything we needed and plenty of fresh towels every day. The spa and sauna were a very welcome luxury, with plush robes and slippers. The location is convenient, 10 minutes from the station st pieters and 20 minutes from the town centre, with a tram stop just around the corner. This is the Kohinoor of the B&B world, in our opinion more like a hotel with B&B status. We can't recommend it highly enough and would happily stay again, maybe for longer next time.
