Rose was kind and attentive, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is continental and well worth recommending. There’s plenty of parking, and the tram makes it easy to reach the centre.

We only stayed for one short night, but I got a really good rest. The bed was amazing, everything was clean, and the house had a lovely charm. Our host was friendly and welcoming.

The people made Rose House special for me. I spent hours chatting with them and felt like I was visiting family. The mother brought me a delicious hot chocolate, plus a pastry and orange juice for the next morning. The house had the feel of an English cottage, like something from a Jane Austen novel. My bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was wonderfully relaxing.

A very disappointing stay. The woman in charge was controlling and unpleasant to deal with, and the house is much farther away than the websites suggest. The rooms felt like roadside hostels and didn’t even have private bathrooms. It was far too expensive, especially when nicer, cheaper hotels are available in the city centre. We won’t return or recommend it. You can find much better for less.

I woke up on the first morning last weekend covered in bites on my legs, and found out there were bed bugs. When I brought it up with the owner, he was quite rude. I won’t go back to Rose House. Pezeshkian.
