The shared kitchen has everything you need, and our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The historic city centre is about a 15-minute walk away. Flies were the one problem: we couldn’t sleep at night, and even opening the balcony door for a second let a few in. I think the owner could install a fly screen on the balcony door.

The kitchen area was thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and the owner was very attentive. Our room, though, wasn’t especially comfortable.

The rooms were clean and luxurious, and felt well worth the price. Our hostess was lovely, and there are enough amenities to put together a basic free breakfast. Booking on her website is a good tip since it’s cheaper than booking sites.
