The host was so kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was lovely. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety, and everything was fresh and delicious.

I’d read all the reviews before we came, so maybe my expectations were too high. Honestly, I don’t really understand what all the fuss is about. If management wants to get in touch, I’d be happy to answer their questions by email.

Christophe is incredibly accommodating. ‘T Hemelryck is Grobbendonk’s best kept secret, and I highly recommend staying here!

A cozy, pleasant hotel where it was easy to feel comfortable.

The food we were served was good, but the breakfast buffet still needs work. There were six of us and just one croissant, so I didn’t take it. Eggs weren’t on the buffet, though they did ask if we wanted some. That was after we’d already been eating for half an hour, and there was no bacon even though the other two guests and the man himself were asking for it. The Cava was available, but they asked who wanted some. Usually it’s just brought out for all four, and there were six people there. Friendliness could improve as well.
