We had no complaints. The modern, clean room felt cozy and had enough space for our short Saturday-to-Sunday stay in early November, even though it was one of the smaller rooms. The location was perfect, right in the city center and near restaurants. The bed, duvet, and pillows were really nice too. +++++

The room is compact but stylish and efficient, with everything you need, and the hotel is right in the city centre, close to everything while still quiet. Breakfast was delicious and full of flavor, with prepared dishes, food, and coffee. The whole process, from checking in and getting access to the hotel and room to checking out, is handled digitally by email or app.

I stayed four nights on a work trip, and the cozy atmosphere suited me so well. I'm a nervous traveler, and classic hotels often make me anxious, so this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was amazing: a chosen range of baked goods and artisan bread, with staff making extra dishes like omelettes or avocado toast on request. No huge spread of dried-out cheese and questionable salami. My single room had a beautiful bathroom. It might not fit a really large suitcase, but there was enough room for a cabin bag and a small cabin suitcase. The AC and heating unit was easy to operate when I felt hot or cold.

The bar has a modern, lovely feel, and the food and drinks were great. We had fresh, tasty French sharing dishes, starting with oysters, then beef tartare, and finishing with nice crêpes suzette. The service was top-notch, with friendly, professional staff. The hotel itself was very cozy and comfortable, with nice, clean, quiet rooms and everything needed for a stay. Check-in and check-out were super fast, all done on your phone. A top bar and hotel in Hasselt, thanks to all the staff.
