The included breakfast was generous, with fresh local fruit and charcuterie. Our room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and set up well for an independent getaway. During our four nights at TOAST in Hoogstraten, Kathy made us feel at home. The manager was warm and generous, while the staff stayed cheerful, helpful, and friendly without hovering. I’d happily recommend TOAST to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Belgium.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the whole host family sat at the table beside us. They even packed us some snacks for the long trip back to Hamburg, which really touched us. It’s been more than a year since our one night at B&B Toast Hoogstraten, but we still remember the tiny place and its inspiring furniture and attention to detail. We’ve been meaning to write this review ever since. If we happen to be nearby, we’ll come back and stay longer next time. Hope you’re all doing well.

The owner is absolutely charming, devoted, and super friendly. It’s a small, tidy place, with a pretty patio and a few nice bedrooms reached by a staircase.
