A convenient, good-value place to stay. It's in the center, close enough to walk to the train station and malls, and the rooms are neat. There's also a bar and a kitchen serving light meals at any hour. I've been coming to Kortrijk for courses at Barco over the past few years and have always stayed here.

The big windows are a lovely place to watch the city wake up with a coffee, and breakfast is worth having. There's a good selection and two high-end coffee machines. The staff are friendly and helpful with English speakers. I felt safe walking through the hotel on my own. It's well kept and right in the heart of Kortrijk, with restaurants and sights a short walk away. Ghent is also a short ride from here.

The shower fittings are worn, though they still work fine. Everything else was clean, especially the bathroom and shower, and the staff were pleasant. The city center location makes it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafés. There's a convenience store around the corner, and the market square with underground parking is next door. Overnight parking costs 3-6 euro depending on when you arrive and leave in the morning.

The breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold choices. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, and the staff were very helpful and available 24/7. It's easy to walk to the main station, restaurants and shopping, and there are grocery shops nearby that stay open late. For the price when I booked, this was one of the best value stays. You can hear neighboring guests talking and walking, from the side or above, so very light sleepers may want to use the provided earplugs. I was fine with it.

The room was spotless, thanks to thorough cleaning, and breakfast was fresh and delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and luckily spoke English since I only know a few Dutch phrases. It's a great spot for shopping, restaurants and exploring. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it.
