The shower was partly broken, and I slept badly because I could hear a lot of noise from the room above. I was in a ground-floor room. Housekeeping also put the floor towel I’d used after showering back with the clean ones, which was disgusting. Breakfast finishes at 9, a bit early, though the owner or receptionist will give you a breakfast package if you need one.
8/10
The location worked well, just a short walk from the town centre, and I’d be happy to recommend Focus Boutique. We had a lovely stay, and Hanne quickly sorted out two small issues. The room was nice, with the kitchen and bathroom in separate rooms for our use only. The two single beds were very comfortable, while the third bed, a sofa bed, was quite firm and not very comfortable.
4/10
The rooms were spacious, but the setup was inconvenient. My room was on the second floor and the toilet was on the first, and there was no breakfast available where we were staying. The stairs were narrow, making it very difficult to carry large luggage up to the second floor. The bed linen wasn’t changed during the eight days.
10/10
I spent a total of 2,5 months at Focus. The rooms and facilities were excellent, and I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s also conveniently located close to the station.
2/10
It feels like a hostel.
