I stayed for six days and had a great experience. The owner, Liesbeth, was there to welcome me when I arrived very late, around 23:00, and show me around. Honestly, I was surprised my employer had booked such a nice place for me. Everything was good quality, the price was good, the room was cleaned daily, and each day they refilled the shower gel and shampoo and left fresh towels. I also slept well without hearing my neighbor. Parking was good, breakfast was good, and it's close to everything. Liesbeth and the others were friendly and checked that everything was going well or whether I needed anything. When I needed things like an extension cord or a charger, they were happy to help. There are also small touches around the place that you notice and appreciate, but I don't want to spoil them all. I did splash a little wine on the wall; fortunately there was no lasting damage, or very little, and Liesbeth was understanding, even though the quality of the furnishings made me worry about it. I don't usually write reviews, but sharing some photos of my stay felt like the least I could do to return the kindness. I had more photos and videos, but for some reason I couldn't post them.

The host gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was generous, with fresh fruit and pastries, and I recommend the eggs. Our room was very clean, had all the extras we needed, and the bed made for a lovely night's sleep. The place is in central Kortrijk, with a good connection to Kortrijk Expo.

The hotel and rooms are pleasant, and the service itself was good. But the customer care around our booking was disappointing. We'd booked three rooms with breakfast for three nights, and I only asked to cancel one night, 28 days ahead. They offered no goodwill gesture. I had to email back and forth and ask them to reopen that night for booking, or I would have had to pay for it. Then there was the charger I forgot to return when I left. I sent it back right away as agreed by email, but they still charged me €20 because they said they "cannot trust" customers. They didn't respond to my emails, yet had no trouble charging the €20. Great customer relations!

The breakfasts were so tasty and brilliant that I'm already sad I'll miss them. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and really well equipped. The owner was kind and friendly, and her care and attention were sensational. Everything was absolutely fine. I'd gladly come back and recommend it to everyone. Wishing the owner good luck and good health!

The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and the hosts are excellent. It feels like home here, and I love coming back every time.
