Hotel Asian Empire

The guy serving was kind and helpful, probably the one good thing about the place. I couldn't give it less than one star. The room was dirty, and the furniture looked like it had come from a car boot sale. It felt like paying 50 euros a night for a box full of fleas and fetal matter.

For the price, it was a nice choice, and I didn't find anything wrong with the cleanliness or hear any noise. The receptionist was pleasant and met my requests, even though I'm a pretty demanding guy. It's a quiet place, though it's not the Ritz, as someone else already said. I only held back the fifth star for two reasons. There isn't anywhere to smoke indoors, so I had to go outside, but that wasn't a big deal. The building could use a little attention to its construction, though nothing seemed likely to cause a problem and I barely noticed it. I saw people leaving dirt on the floor in the morning, but that was down to those guests, not the hotel. I also didn't feel comfortable with how unfriendly people in the surrounding towns seemed. That can happen in lots of places around the world.

The people were lovely, and the atmosphere felt friendly. If you want to feel at home somewhere far from home, I'd highly recommend staying here. Greetings from Serbia🤗
