The staff were quick to help whenever I needed anything, and always so friendly about it. My room was clean and comfortable too. I had a great stay at Eurotel and would happily come back.

Breakfast was confusing since nobody came to seat us, so we assumed we could choose a table ourselves. When we arrived late at night, the woman at check-in didn’t seem qualified to handle it, and the service felt really strange. The place wasn’t very clean either. There were also lots of older guests, which made it feel more like a retirement home than a hotel.

I spent two weeks here for work, and it was such a pleasure. The staff were all lovely, and the hotel itself is beautiful. There’s a bus stop about a five-minute walk away, with a direct ride into Maastricht.

The parking was convenient and available 24/7. As for the economy room, it’s fine for one night, but don’t expect anything special. A light was coming loose from the ceiling, I’d rather not use the shower, and there wasn’t a Wi-Fi password in the room. You can get it from reception, but only if you ask.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was tasty and filling. We were there for one day to attend an Andre Rieu concert, and the room itself was fine, but the bed setup was not. Instead of one double bed, there were two single beds pushed together, with a huge gap between the mattresses. That felt really inappropriate and nasty. We didn’t use any of the hotel’s other services, so I can’t comment on those.
