The room was clean and suited a family. The bed setup was a double bunk plus a double bed, not the king advertised. The entrance was hard to find, and I'd suggest checking in before 9 pm.

Good location, helpful service, free tea and coffee, and a nice lobby to hang out in. But the bathroom in the hostel room wasn't cleaned well. For all four days I stayed, there was a strong urine smell, even right after cleaning. My key card also wouldn't let me into the other bathrooms. It seemed like private rooms got more cleaning attention, despite eight people sharing the hostel room. There wasn't any dish soap in the shared kitchen either. I'd suggest booking a private room.

My earlier stays were okay, but the more recent ones have gone downhill. Some rooms aren't maintained well, and noise from other guests in the hallway made the stay miserable.

YUST Liège makes the whole stay feel easy and well thought out. The design mixes technology with a warm human touch, and the flexible spaces work well for getting things done, relaxing, or meeting people. The team seems to anticipate what guests need. From the room details to the lively shared areas, things flow naturally, and it felt easy to settle in.
