The parking listing is misleading. The public lot in front is free only from 6 PM to 9 AM, with charges during the day. There’s another free lot about 200 meters away, but my car was badly scratched there and nobody left a note. Noise was another problem: the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, so you hear the street in the evening and conversations from next door. After a 7-hour drive in traffic, I arrived exhausted around 8 PM and found the Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t working. I told the owner or manager the next morning. He replied, “I can’t believe it,” which felt rude and dismissive, and only offered to move me after checking the problem himself on my devices. The new room had Wi-Fi, but was noticeably smaller. When I mentioned that, all I got was, “It’s the same rate.” There was no apology or explanation. I later learned there are only single and twin rooms, so it’s a choice between a tight room with Wi-Fi or a larger room without it. The website photos show a modern, stylish building, but inside it’s old and worn. The sink in my first room leaked underneath. In the second, the foot-pedal trash bin was broken and wasn’t repaired. They provide one 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which I wouldn’t recommend if you care about your hair. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable from beginning to end.

A good business stay, with a very quiet setting.

Breakfast was a bit poor, and paying 100 eur a night didn’t feel worth it. The room needed some maintenance and didn’t even have a roll of toilet paper. There was only a phone for check-in, and they wouldn’t let me leave my luggage, so I had to wait until someone was available to check me in. Checkout was supposed to be at 11, but they told me 10am. That was okay. I had the do not disturb sign on my door, yet the cleaning service called at 9.20. Not recommended at all.

The location is good, but 150 EUR for one night is hugely overpriced. So much sound comes through the walls and door that noisy neighbors woke us rudely at 7 AM.
