The room was quite basic and could use a good renovation, but the price was fair for what you get. The receptionist and housekeeper were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were all nice and helped me get what I needed, and the location is excellent near the train and bus station. I couldn't find any other available place to book for three weeks, so I decided to stay here. It may be okay for a short visit in cold weather. But there's no air conditioning, and in hot summer weather even a fan would help. The window faces the rooftop and connects to the next person's window, so someone could climb up or down to mine. I didn't feel safe leaving it open while asleep. Without proper ventilation, the room smelled terrible. Soundproofing was poor too: I could hear every footstep on the stairs and the person above walking around. A kettle in the room would have been useful.

The room had a view of rooftops, and the whole place looked badly worn. The floor slanted, including the damaged boards along the inner walls. Bathroom tiles near the door were loose, there was mold in several corners, dirt around the filter, a damaged cupboard, and a chipped tub. Hand soap dispensers were by the sink and in the tub. The bed had black dots on it, and the blankets seemed tucked under to conceal a torn, dirty mattress. The wall behind it was dusty, with phone wiring exposed. The tiles were gross, the door handles were dirty, loose, and worn, and the ceiling had damaged corners and visible fabric tears behind the slats. The door closer was broken too. At arrival the reception was locked with no sign. I called the number and found out the woman working downstairs at a connected pizza joint was the receptionist. Once we got her into the office, she tried to charge me a second time. The light switches were dirty and worn as well.

Very basic and pricey for what you get. There were hairs in the shower, and the nearby station can be loud at times. It's within walking distance of the town centre and welcomes dogs.

It's clean and looks nice, and the price is fair for what you get. Just don't expect a fancy three star hotel. It's very basic.
