Apartment Capitalcondos

I stayed here for six months, so these are my conclusions from living in the house. My company paid the high monthly price, and there are no outstanding debts. My negative review is about my experience with the owner. There was little privacy inside or in the garden. The owner came in whenever she wanted, using the door code and not knocking, supposedly to take out the household rubbish. She also changed the AC temperature while I was away. The cleaner brought her dog into the house, and it damaged some of my belongings; the owner never paid for what was broken. Although the garden is presented as being for apartment guests, the owner and her friends often occupied the table there, sitting and drinking wine and other drinks. She has a private section at the far end but also used the area rented with the apartments. An old van full of spiders was parked in the garden, blocking the view from the house; it could have been left in the private area at the end instead. The owner was around many times a day and spent most of it in the so-called “office,” watching what happened. I found her untrustworthy: she would say one thing and do another, shout at me, threaten me and treat me disrespectfully when things didn't go her way. I warn people against staying here. The price is far too high for an area with nothing around, and I don't think the owner can be trusted.

The owners were super friendly, and there was plenty of parking behind the property. The garden was well looked after and a nice place to sit when the weather was good. Both apartments were lovely, spotless and luxurious, with a good amount of space for two people each.

If privacy matters to you, go somewhere else. I felt constantly watched, and the owner's intrusive behavior, arrogance and disrespect toward the people living there made this a place I'd avoid. There are much better accommodations in the area.
