Breakfast at De Oude Winning was a highlight each morning, with excellent freshly baked bread, rolls, and homemade pastries. On our last day we had to leave early, and Anneleen kindly packed us breakfast to go, including some pastries and fruit. The rooms were cozy, and the bathroom was large and had a sauna. From the start, the owners made us feel like honored guests through their genuine care and attention to detail. Anneleen and Filip went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The breakfast area had a charming atmosphere, too. For me, De Oude Winning is a quiet hidden gem that captures Belgian beauty, and a memorable, heartwarming retreat.

The owners are super friendly and ready to answer any questions, nothing is too much trouble. The location and the rooms and apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious, even with food allergies 😉. I'll definitely be back, 100%!

We had a great weekend with friends, and the accommodation was very nice. The apartments were well furnished, with really good beds, and breakfast was very good. Everyone was very hospitable, and parking was good too. It feels strange getting all those compliments, but there you go. Thanks for a great weekend, we'll definitely be back. Greetings from Friesland.
