After two nights, I have to give this place a thumbs up. The apartment was very clean, I felt comfortable there, and the staff at the “reception” were really helpful and nice whenever they were around. It’s not expensive, I’d recommend it, and I’d stay again. My one suggestion for the owners is to put some paintings on the walls to make the place feel more cozy and homey. At first, though, it didn’t make a great impression. It felt a bit dull and was under construction, with no proper reception. Also, wood flooring in the shower area is a bad idea. The apartment itself was funky.

The room was big and clean, but the garbage hadn’t been emptied and I found litter left by the previous guest. It wasn’t fully equipped either, as the iron was missing. There were also irritating things broken, like the shower holder and bathtub plug, so forget about having a nice, relaxing bath. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. Better to sort that out yourself.

The apartments are cozy and affordable, about a 10-minute walk from the European District. I’d skip the breakfast, though, and buy something yourself.

The outside looks like a slum, but inside it’s a designer dream. The location is okay, parking is interesting, and it’s worth the price.

A really nice, clean apartment where everything worked perfectly. There was one very big bed and a smaller sofa bed.
