The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable, a lovely place to unwind after a full day in Brussels. What really stood out was the concierge: prompt, accurate, proactive, and attentive to what I needed. That kind of personalized help and problem solving is rare. Every interaction came with a natural, sincere smile. The team is professional, the operation feels flawless, and the hospitality is real. A top choice in Brussels, with service that feels six-star.

We spent a week here for our first visit to Brussels and birthday celebrations, and the service was everything we could have wanted. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful from arrival through departure. The room was fantastic and well equipped, and housekeeping paid such close attention that they picked up on how we used the room. The concierge were approachable and glad to suggest places to see, eat, and drink. We’ll definitely be back.

My friend and I stopped at the Hotel Amigo bar for what was meant to be one drink, then ended up having an amazing cocktail experience. Inspired by René Magritte, the bar itself is stunning. Denis and Mirko were professional and their excellent service made the evening even better. I definitely recommend it, and I’ll be back! 😊

The Grand Palace is right next door, and Brussels is easy to explore from this central spot. Our room was charming, the beds were great, and the amenities were excellent. The gym was fabulous and versatile. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but food, coffee, and plenty of tourist activity were all around us.

We came away with a very pleasant impression and had a great stay. The staff were all friendly and polite, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts. Thanks to everyone 😊
