The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything, and complimentary coffee in the lobby is a phenomenal bonus. The honesty bar is lovely and well stocked, too. Staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in through checkout. Breakfast was solid, if a little limited, and the eggs were good. I’d definitely stay again.

The lobby has a cozy lounge where guests can use the coffee machine, and the staff were incredibly friendly. You can feel the care they put into the details. My compact room was very clean and nicely designed, and the central station and Grand Place are only a short walk away. I had such a great stay in a warm, comfortable atmosphere and would happily recommend the place.

The front desk clerk Edyta gave us personal service and helpful recommendations, which we especially appreciated. We were in Brussels for the first time, traveling with another couple a week before Christmas. The hotel was well placed for getting around on foot or by public transport, and the lounge and honesty bar made it easy to spend time together at the end of the day.

Everything was fine apart from one male employee in the breakfast restaurant. He spilled a customer's coffee, so it had to be made again. While I was waiting, he cut in line without apologizing. He was extremely rude and disrespectful.

A very nice room in a simple but tasteful and convenient three-star hotel. It’s right by the central station, though the ongoing Brussels roadworks made it hard to find your way there.
