The staff were the highlight for me: kind, attentive, and professional throughout. Our stay at Casteau Resort matched what we wanted and was thoroughly satisfying. It's quiet but well connected by public transport, so getting there without a car was easy. The rooms were comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, tastefully furnished, and quiet, with what you need for a pleasant visit. I also appreciated the clear attention to sustainability. Wi-Fi worked reliably, and although the wellness area is modest in size, it feels welcoming and stays open late. Everything was very clean. Thank you for a truly enjoyable stay, and best wishes for keeping up those high standards.

Franklin was a delight at the bar in the evenings, and Valentin was professional and helpful. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and ready to help. We had a great time at the hotel. Our room was quiet and very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We were welcomed so warmly with our dog, who even got a little welcome bag. The room was small, but so thoughtfully designed that it wasn't an issue. We also really liked the water station, sauna, and hot tub, and had delicious, healthy breakfasts each day. Casteau resort was a wonderful place to stay, with clean facilities, great service, and friendly staff.

Those heated toilet seats were amazing. The rooms were cozy and lovely, and everyone made us feel welcome. Valentin, Ornella, Franklin, and Aurielle were all so sweet.

My room and the other rooms assigned to our coach group smelled of cigarettes. I arrived in February to find my window open, presumably to clear the awful smell. When I raised it with one of the managers, I think, she said she couldn't smell anything. My driver, who worked for the holiday company I was travelling with, complained again for me and got my room changed. The rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but they clearly aren't enforcing that rule properly.
