The wellness area is small, but it feels welcoming and stays open late. Everything was very clean, the Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout. Our room was quiet, comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the hotel's clear focus on sustainability. The location is peaceful and easy to reach by public transport, so we didn't need a car. Choosing Casteau Resort suited us perfectly and the stay met our expectations. Thanks for a really enjoyable visit, and best wishes for continued success in keeping up these high standards.

Franklin was a delight to chat with at the bar in the evenings, and Valentin was professional and helpful. All the staff were extremely friendly and ready to help, and they spoke English too. We had a great time at the hotel. The room was quiet and very clean, and the bed was really comfortable.

We really appreciated having a water station, and breakfast was delicious and healthy each day. The sauna and hot tub were a real treat too. They welcomed our dog warmly and even gave us a little welcome bag for them. The room was on the small side, but its thoughtful design made that no big deal. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the services were great. We had a wonderful stay at Casteau resort.

Valentin, Ornella, Franklin, and Aurielle were all so sweet. The staff made us feel welcome from the start. Our room was cozy and really nice, and those heated toilet seats were amazing.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and even the cleaning staff greeted us. I'd come back. The room was spotless and the bed was good, though in winter it got very hot, around 24 degrees. Luckily, the paper instructions made it easy to adjust the heat. We paid an extra 2.5 euros to have breakfast brought to the room, which was no problem for us. It was delicious, with very fresh milk and croissants. After my shower, the hair dryer stopped working after about four minutes. Maybe it has a timer?
