We were traveling with a baby, and the hosts did everything they could to help, from providing a baby bed to storing baby food. They were very friendly and welcoming. The spacious rooms were comfortable, breakfast was tasty and included local products, and the location was pleasant, close to Spa and some nice nearby hikes. We had a wonderful stay.

Katrin was amazing, messaging me before and during my stay and helping with everything. The family-run restaurant was truly awesome, with a great choice of food. Parking was also excellent. I was travelling in my classic car, and parking can be a challenge at some hotels, but Hotel 24 has a private off-road car park. The perfect place to stay. I'll definitely be back. 5 🌟

The staff were really friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. But Room No. 6 had a tiny slanted window, only about 1 square meter, and no window in the bathroom. The TV was 6 meters from the bed. The terrace looked unappealing in the photo. If you book, try to get a room with regular windows.

We had a perfect stay. The staff were welcoming and even got in touch ahead of time to ask when we expected to arrive. Our room was new, lovely, and spotless, and breakfast had plenty of choice, including fresh-cut fruit. Everything was delicious.

There’s plenty of parking, and the location works really well for visiting Spa, including the circuit and wellness centre, as well as Malmedy. Katrin made us feel at home from the start, and the nicely decorated rooms were kept beautifully clean. The keycard also lets you back in through the front door when reception is closed, so you can come and go freely. Next door, Katrin’s brother runs a restaurant where you can have a delicious meal or just a drink by the fire. He brews Belgian beer there himself, and you can get gift boxes at the hotel reception. A lovely little hotel in a village. We’ll definitely be back soon, highly recommended!
