What a peaceful little haven this cottage is. The terrace looks out over the fields, with a lovely view and plenty of shelter from the neighbours. In the morning, we found a little surprise there: four delicious pastries, croissants and pains au chocolat. The owner and her son are both charming and welcoming. They’re flexible about arrival and departure times if you ask politely. The cottage in the Belgian countryside was a lovely surprise. The photos really do speak for themselves.
10/10
Everything was very clean, and the owners were so friendly. Each morning, fresh croissants were left on the garden table outside, carefully wrapped. It’s a super apartment.
8/10
It was peaceful and quiet, and the owner was very friendly. Everything was provided and clean. Just be aware that the stairs could be a problem if you can’t manage them.
8/10
The surroundings are beautiful, and the gite is a nice, spacious place for two, fully equipped.
4/10
It’s a remote spot, even though the house is beautiful. It’s easy to get bored there.
