The hotel is stylish and attractive, though some of the design choices weren't practical. I spent five days there but only received room service once for cleaning and changing towels and sheets, after some confusion over a door sign. The bathroom took up a lot of space compared with the usable floor area in the bedroom. Its tiles weren't level, so shower water spread everywhere, including under the toilet and toward the bed. The air conditioning was controlled by reception and couldn't be adjusted in the room. We couldn't open the windows at night, and the bathroom ventilation wasn't enough when showering or using the toilet as a couple. The restaurant had a limited menu and was closed on Sundays. I was surprised to find basement parking cost an extra €12.50 per day. Although I'd paid for all five days in advance, I also had to leave a €250 deposit in case of damage or missing items. It wasn't a bad hotel, but for the price, I'd recommend a better value place in the same area.

The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast had a nice range of tasty options. We stayed one night while travelling from the UK to the Netherlands, and the hotel’s location worked perfectly for us.

We had a great stay. The bar is stylish and has a really good menu, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms feel spacious and modern, and the hotel’s new design and decor are very well done.

We booked a room late at night at the last minute because we were told there was a baby cot for our youngest. There wasn’t one, so she had to sleep between us and our oldest ended up on the sofa. It made for a horrible night. The next morning, breakfast cost €25, and I expected better options and service. They didn’t offer any compensation for the mistake. I’m unhappy with how we were treated, wouldn’t come back, and can’t recommend it.

It was easy to walk to plenty of shops and restaurants, yet far enough away that the area stayed quiet. Our room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. This hotel was a real gem.
