A simple, cosy room and a welcoming host were just what we wanted. The breakfast was great too, with options for everyone. It's a pleasant 20-minute walk into the centre of town. We couldn't find fault and would happily come back to Ypres. If you want luxury or concierge service, this probably isn't the place.

The owner was very kind and made a generous, luxurious breakfast. My room was clean and had a TV, reliable internet, and coffee and tea makers. The shower is shared, but that was fine. The neighborhood is quiet, and you can walk to the centre of Iper.

We booked at the last minute and got in very late after a bike ride, but Joseline stayed up for us. She was so friendly and kind. The room was cosy and in perfect order, and the bathroom was great. She even offered us coffee in the morning. Joseline is an amazing host.

The welcome was friendly, and breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was spacious, with its own bathroom and cable TV. It's on a quiet street within walking distance of the town centre.

A delicious breakfast and warm hospitality made this a great stay. The cosy room had coffee and tea, and the location near the centre of Ypres was perfect. Highly recommended.
