The family living there were lovely and happy to share information about the area. We could park for free at the nearby train station, and it was an ideal base for walking into the town centre for shops, restaurants, the museum, and the Menin Gate. Our 'Chocolate' room was stylish, with a comfortable bed and a large modern shower room. The decor throughout is colourful and quirky, and outside there's a pretty seating area with a pond, jacuzzi, and sauna. Breakfast was amazing, very tasty and fresh, with lots of variety. We'd definitely stay again.

The landlady gave us a lovely welcome, and breakfast was lovely too. This is a beautiful, comfortable, quirky little hotel right in the town centre, handy for the restaurants and sights.

Ter Thuyne was a great choice for our two-night stay. The hosts were very friendly and went the extra mile on Easter morning, dressing up as a rabbit to bring us chocolate. The B&B is within walking distance of the main city attractions, and it's easy to head out for dinner at night. The bedrooms were spacious and colourful, the premises clean, and breakfast lovely.

The breakfast was fantastic, and when the weather's good you can have it in the lovely garden right in the city. The room was clean, with a proper bathroom, and it's a great base for exploring Ypres and the area. Free parking is about a five-minute walk away. Say hi to Walter!

We'd happily come back. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast in the garden was a treat, with something handmade and different each day. One of the best B&Bs we've stayed in, and a great place for visiting Ypres. Definitely recommend, five stars.
