There’s loads to see and do nearby, with brilliant museums for all the WW1 history around here. The coast is a 50-minute drive away. Scottish Wood Lodge is in a lovely location and the holiday lodge was superbly equipped, with everything we needed. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

We really liked this log cabin. It was clean and cosy, and watching the wildlife was lovely. We made good use of the two push bikes. I’d recommend it.

The owners were super friendly. This cozy cottage is tucked away in the woods, just 5 km from Ypres, and makes a great base for cycling.

The chalet felt cozy and inviting, and the pallet stove was welcome on cool evenings. Its living area is upstairs, above the garage and storage room, with a beautiful covered terrace around it. Outside, there’s a spacious landscaped garden, surrounded by hills and forests. A lovely place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended.
