The food was delicious, the host was great, and the location is lovely.

The terrace was a lovely spot, with calming views over the fields and animals. We only booked the night and breakfast, but the kitchen made it easy to put together a quick pasta and ham dinner for the children. I was tempted by the set menu, though this was simpler. We’d happily come back, and even left with a few extra treats to keep the good feeling going. The barn has been beautifully renovated, with a huge bright room and all the comforts: a spacious shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure, fluffy towels, and extra blankets. The big sofa and games made it very family-friendly, and we felt at home right away. I noticed how thoughtfully everything had been chosen, right down to the dishes and tea towels. It’s full of charm. Breakfast was almost like a four-star hotel spread: fresh bread and brioches, homemade pancakes, eggs from the farm, fresh apple juice, cold cuts, tasty cheeses, and yogurt in lovely little cups. We arrived to a warm smile at this lovely farmhouse in the middle of nature. Luc & Christine gave us such a warm welcome, thank you so much. My husband’s only small complaint was the traffic noise in the morning while he was commuting. I didn’t hear it with my earplugs. He also had to watch out for the exposed beams because he’s tall, haha. I thought the place was absolutely beautiful!

Christine was so friendly and helpful. The place is really spacious and furnished with good taste, and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommended.

The holiday home was spotless, and the service was great. Since I was on my motorcycle, they let me use their garage and it stayed perfectly dry. We were sorry to head home and would have liked a few more days. A really nice B&B in a peaceful rural part of Belgium.
