The owner or manager was very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. It’s a decent low-cost option in Balchik: a double room cost 95 leva, about 50 Euros, and included breakfast, air conditioning, a freezer, and hot water showers. Parking beside the hotel costs 5 leva a day. There’s a good-sized pool close by with a lovely sea view. This year it was breakfast only, with no all-inclusive option. The three-person rooms are small, the bathroom could be cleaner, and breakfast had a mix of good and less good choices. Staff English was limited, so Russian may be more useful. Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay.

It’s a quiet place with everything we needed, and my kid loved it. There’s a football court and a fairly large pool, and the units and bed linen were clean. I love this place and will definitely spend next summer here with my family again. Thank you!

We had a great view from our room, and the pool was very clean and worked well for families with kids. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It’s a perfect family vacation spot, close to the Botanical Garden and the best restaurants.

The rooms are basic, and I’m not sure the photos match what you get. During my stay, the pool and restaurant weren’t operating, so there was no all-inclusive service. Still, the location beside the palace and gardens more than made up for those shortcomings.

There were plenty of nearby restaurants and souvenir shops, and the hotel was close to The Palace of Queen Maria and The Botanical Garden, though a long way from The Black Sea. Our room was very pleasant and clean, the service was very good, and the food was delicious with a good variety of dishes.
