We had all our requests taken care of, and Mr. IVAN was great. We arrived on 15.07.2025 for three nights. I’d originally booked an economy room but changed to a family room, which was worth it for the extra space and working air conditioner. Guests at H. Diamond can also use the pool at H. Iceberg. Queen Mary Castle is very close.

For a two-star hotel, this is a pretty good place and very good value. It’s along the alley to the Queen Mary Palace, with lots of parking. The new owners renovated it at the start of the season. Our room was lovely, with air conditioning, a big balcony, and a sea view. The owners are wonderful and will help with anything they can to make your stay a good one.

Only stayed two days, but I fell in love with the place 😍. The walk to the coastline is easy and has a nice view. The rooms look great, and the staff are polite, speak good English, and are available day or night. It’s also close to the main tourist spots, which makes the location handy. Great rooms and hotel, good staff, lovely spot 😁.

The manager made us feel welcome, and even replaced the batteries in our air-conditioning remote. The hotel is clean and cheerful, with tidy rooms and competitive prices. Breakfast is excellent and costs 7 lev.

Free parking is included, which is always a bonus 😁. Probably the best-value hotel near the botanical gardens.
