Anna and Theodor made us feel so welcome. Theodor, the owner, showed us around the house and made sure we had the information we needed, and Anna had left a delicious tart on the living room table. Such a thoughtful, heartwarming surprise! The house and garden are very well maintained, and the property has everything you could need. We spent a lovely time moving between the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool, with a nice mix of fun and relaxation. It felt like a peaceful, comfortable retreat. We had a wonderful stay in Balchik and will definitely come back. Highly recommend it if you're looking to unwind and enjoy some comfort and charm. Thank you so much, Anna and Theodor! 🙏🏻

The view was lovely, especially sitting out in the morning to watch the sunrise. The house itself was perfect and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook a meal, and the pool and jacuzzi were the main attractions.

The villa made for an awesome holiday party, with a large yard, pool side, jacuzzi, and barbecue place. We had clear parking places for 3 cars all in from of the property. The interior is beautiful, and the view gives a clear sight of Balcik, Albena, and Golden Sands. It's about 10 minutes drive to either Balcik or Albena. Definitely looking to come back :)

The host was great, and the house has all the utilities you need. It's at the top of a hill, with an awesome view, and the beach is 15min away.
