The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was nice. You could choose between different options, from continental to local Bulgarian, though it wasn’t a buffet. We only stayed one night, which was a shame. We’d booked a studio in March but were given an economy room. Maybe they were trying to give us a warmer room, since we’d asked for that and the studio might have been cold, but someone could have let us know 🙂. The room was spacious, very warm, and had a beautiful view. The bathroom had everything needed. I’d still suggest adding a trash can and kettle to the room, especially for making tea when it’s cold.

The views from our balcony were stunning, and the property has a really distinctive landscape and art throughout. It’s a unique place, but signs of neglect and lack of upkeep are showing. There’s no beach on site, and it isn’t suitable for people with mobility issues. The pool was cold and unheated. Breakfast comes with the stay, though the choices were very basic and the setting didn’t feel welcoming. The restaurant where it was served was disappointing, apart from the outdoor area. I hope they take care of this special property.

A lovely hidden-away spot in sozopol, with amazing views and art that feels unique to the place. The saltwater pool by the sea was fantastic, and the room prices made it feel like incredible value. We only came for the day and ate at the restaurant, but I was really impressed.

The rooms have everything we needed, including a fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, balcony, and comfortable bed. The grounds are well kept, with views from all over, and statues, paintings, and other art around this unusual Black Sea location. We thought it was good value for the reasonable low season prices, and we’ll definitely return in summer. Breakfast and parking are free, and guests can use the gym and two outdoor pools. The sauna costs extra, as does the tennis court, which we haven’t tried. A great place to visit if you’re in the area. 5/5!

We stayed out of season, so it was really quiet. The accommodation was lovely and very good value.
