The bar has a really nice atmosphere, and the hotel is very clean. It's in a peaceful area with no traffic nearby, and the staff are polite. Best hotel in town! If I go to Svilengrad again, I'll definitely visit Hotel London.

It feels too expensive compared with similar places nearby. The receptionist doesn't speak English, and the room smelled, like most places in Bulgaria.

Good value, with very friendly, attentive staff. It's in a quiet spot, just a short walk from restaurants, the park and the town center.
