The location works well, and the room was clean and had all the amenities. The receptionist was really warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The owners were very grumpy, and the apartment didn't look anything like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was basic, with very few utensils, and our apartment didn't have a microwave.

Good value for the price. It’s in a quiet spot close to the center, and there’s plenty of parking.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, warm, and in a good location, and the owners were friendly. But the internet and hot water were sometimes missing. I was also uncomfortable with the landlady coming into the apartment when nobody was there. I couldn't tell if she was checking on guests or trying to save something. I wouldn't return, and payment on the last day is mandatory.

The furniture is cheap and falling apart, and the place feels hastily put together, like many buildings in Bansko. Nothing special about it. There are better places available for much less.
