We were exhausted from a long trip, and arriving to find nobody at reception was incredibly frustrating. After a long wait, a woman came out of the kitchen and said there were no rooms available and it was our problem. She said she'd been busy in the kitchen and hadn't seen our Booking.com reservation. We had to leave and find another hotel late that evening. Very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I've stayed here twice and would come back next time I'm in Blagoevgrad. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and always very clean. Having its own parking lot makes it convenient when traveling by car.

We enjoyed our short stay. The welcome was nice, parking was free and the price was good value. Rooms were clean and well equipped for the price, and there's a small bar and restaurant with an outdoor terrace. It's in a quiet spot on the edge of the city. What more could you want?

A very clean, nice hotel with a good breakfast. The service was friendly, especially the elderly man at reception, and it was comfortable to stay there. I'd recommend it.

The rooms are close to the street, so it's not quiet at all at night. The AC is noisy too.
