The accommodation and food arrangements are proper, and the front porch is really nice. You should visit once.

We stayed four nights. It's a nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms, and just a minute and a half from the gondola, so close to everything. The breakfast needs improving soon, especially for the price and rating. One morning we arrived more than an hour before breakfast was due to finish, but the scrambled eggs were already gone. We asked for more, and they only put out a small amount, just enough to meet the minimum requirement. Breakfast was quite poor overall, with hardly any variety. That's disappointing at this price, when you could rent an apartment for the same cost.

The location is nice, and the restaurant is good too. The spa and steam room weren't good.

The hotel is on a busy street, close to the town centre, and has spacious, clean rooms and a small parking area. The staff were okay. The receptionist who checked us in was kind but very serious and didn't smile once. We didn't have a bad experience, but we won't return.

A fancy boutique hotel in the centre of Bansko, easy to get to, with large rooms and everything you need. Our room and bathroom were very clean, the beds were large and there were extra pillows. The balcony looked toward the mountain and had a great view.
