The villa itself isn't bad, but I'd think carefully about booking it as a large group. There were 16 of us on a one-night teambuilding trip, and we'd reserved what we understood from the vacation villas website to be the whole villa. On arrival, we learned we'd only booked rooms for 16, not the entire place. We also had to pay extra to use the restaurant until 2 am. We hadn't expected its hours to end at 11 pm, or for it not to be included in the accommodation price. We'd hoped to gather there for a quiet night of games. Instead, two staff members stayed the whole time, watching and commenting on everything we did. It felt unpleasant and even a bit offensive, since we weren't trying to damage anything.

We use this hotel as a place to rest between hikes in Pirin. It's on a small, quiet street, not far from the center, and works really well for visiting Bansko. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The owners were trustworthy, and we felt really happy in the apartment. It's a really nice place. Bansko's center is a bit far, about a 20-minute walk, though there was some charm in spending the week more among local people 😄🙂
