Rose Residence

We've owned a studio in Rose Residence for over three years. We liked that it's close to the strip but far enough back to have quiet evenings on the balcony. The staff make a good team, look after the property well, and maintenance is ongoing. It's a great small place for a few days. As far as we know, we're the only British owners, but people are friendly and sign language works well. There's multilingual management on site, just across at Jasmine Club, if you need any help.

We had a lovely week in apartment A61, hosted by Natalya, from 08th to 15th September. The apartment had everything we needed and was faultless, with air conditioning, a private balcony, a swimming pool, and very good equipment. The complex was very clean and well maintained, shared with the adjoining Jasmine Apartments. It's in a quiet area, around a 10-minute stroll from the busy centre and nightlife. Staff were polite and helpful, with two lifts serving the six floors and security around the clock. Our correspondence with the host helped make the stay excellent. We'd recommend the apartment for its location, value, closeness to amenities, and as a base for exploring Sunny Beach.

A lovely family break in a clean place, away from the noisy clubs in Sunny Beach. The pool was clean, and there was a nice playground for children.

It's cheap and clean, with a pool bar and reception. The parking area isn't big enough, though it does have security. The beach is about 800m away.
