The food was really bad, and the rooms were old. There was a nose-punching smell of oil in the bathroom. The all-inclusive drinks were awful too. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely come again. The atmosphere was great, the food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Excellent hotel, highly recommended!

This was my second stay at the Riva Hotel, and everything was wonderful. The breakfast menu got too repetitive, though, so I’d like to see it changed up. Special thanks to the receptionists Maxim and Elizaveta. They were top-notch as always. I’d be glad to return!

We felt very welcome here, and the staff were ready to help at any time. The hotel is comfortable, with a spacious room that was cleaned daily and fresh linen and towels. Outside, there’s a green area with palm trees and roses, and three pools with plenty of sun loungers. The food was fresh, tasty and varied, and the bar had both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It’s a great choice for a family holiday, even with teenagers. The stay exceeded our expectations!

The hotel was very clean, but the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to wait until the next afternoon for it to be fixed. The food felt repetitive, and the children didn’t particularly like it. Wednesday evening was the best meal, with a Bulgarian-themed dinner. I wish traditional Bulgarian food were offered more often. The animation was very poor. Our child was excited about the children’s disco, but the strange songs in a foreign language weren’t to his liking. The entertainment doesn’t seem aimed at Bulgarian tourists.
