The sauna, swimming pool, pool table, and ping pong table made it nice to unwind after skiing. The staff were very cordial, and the location works well for skiers, about 8 minutes from the gondola and restaurants. Some rooms are a little dated, though the place was very clean overall. Recommended.

The hotel isn’t elegant, but it has a charming feel that won our group over right away. It felt like being welcomed into a family home, and the service was brilliant. The receptionist was a legend, extremely accommodating. After a long day skiing or snowboarding, the sauna and pool were a real treat and great value for money. Get it.

Eighteen of us booked five nights for a ski holiday, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The gondola and ski shops are very close, about a 5-7 minute walk, and bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. Breakfast was okay, though the selection wasn’t very varied. Customer service was exceptional. When someone in our group needed a cab to a spa and none was available, hotel staff drove them there for free. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back.

I’ve stayed here at least eleven times since 2011. It’s comfortable and clean, with a great spa. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and dinner is traditional and continental. The staff are welcoming and ready to help. There’s a shuttle to the gondola, though it’s only a brisk 5-minute walk away. I recommend the hotel without hesitation. Thanks Marina and all the staff.

The location worked well, about a 10-minute walk from the gondola. The hotel was somewhere in the middle for us, but we had trouble with check-in timing and parking, and there weren't English-speaking staff. The sauna wasn't worth it, and the pool wasn't heated. I wouldn't pick this hotel for its wellness facilities.
