Four Points by Sheraton Bansko

The restaurant was better than we expected, with tasty meals, lots of choice, and attentive service. We also loved the SPA and massages after a day skiing or exploring. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the cozy lobby, ski facilities, and general atmosphere were all top-notch. From arrival onward, staff across every department were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for a relaxing, easy stay, and we can’t wait to return.

The Spa centre isn’t very large, but it’s extremely well maintained. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the massages were excellent. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere showed how much care goes into the details. The staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated the service, cleanliness, and the overall experience. I’d recommend Four Points Bansko hotel without hesitation and would happily return.

The location is excellent, beside the central square and main street, with cafes, bars, fast food, and taverns nearby. The Gondola lift station is about a 10-minute walk away. There’s paid parking. Inside, the spa facilities were clean and warm, with an indoor pool, saunas, steam bath, a relaxing area, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel feels modern and cozy, with stylish furniture in the rooms and shared spaces, a nice lobby fireplace, and lovely Christmas decorations. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We generally enjoyed the SPA, though rubbish on the grass just outside the sauna’s large window spoiled the view of the hotel’s backyard. Service was disappointing for a Marriott property. I couldn’t order an espresso to my room in the morning because room service doesn’t start until 11:00 a.m. If you wake up in your room, the only coffee option is the breakfast buffet, even though the room is quite expensive for the service offered. The minibar was empty, and its menu said drinks could be ordered through room service, which again wasn’t available before 11:00 a.m. Later, around 9:30 p.m., I asked reception for a soda and was told to go buy one myself at the hotel bar.
