The bed was comfortable, and they have parking. They'll store your car for free if you're coming back to Sofia. We weren't sure about the heating or air conditioning, but in October we didn't need either. Getting in and out was awkward because nobody was there when we arrived, so we had to call the number on the front door. When we left, the front desk was empty and the door was locked. I tried to leave the key, then had to go back to the room. The restaurant wasn't open and there was nothing nearby. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, with a full ashtray on the balcony. The carpet seemed dirty, and the bathroom was like one in a motor home: we had to move the toilet paper and towels before showering. It's close to the airport, so you'll survive, but it isn't an enjoyable stay.

I keep coming back to this little hotel when I'm in Sofia or flying from the airport. The rooms are comfortable, there's off-street parking, and the rates are very reasonable. I just flew into Sofia and booked here again to get some rest before continuing tomorrow. It's near the airport and still well priced, so I see no reason to try somewhere else.

I arrived late at night and asked to be met. They did that, then even drove me to the airport after I left the hotel. When I asked what I owed for the ride, they said nothing. I've rarely had service like this. Many thanks to the owners and staff, and I hope the hotel prospers. Keep it up! It's a good hotel, with a friendly, good-natured owner and a clean room and bed.

I'm staying here for three nights in room 104. So far it's clean, the staff try to help and make you feel welcome, and I can communicate with them in English okay. The place is modern and everything works as expected. I ordered a takeaway and they brought it to my room. The bed is comfortable, and the balcony is clean, with a table, chair and ashtray, so I could smoke outside. I'll definitely come back.

There was no food nearby, and getting a taxi seemed difficult, especially with nobody at reception to call one. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so I wouldn't recommend it as an airport stay. Just book the Ibis near the airport, even if it costs extra. Reception wasn't staffed. When I left at 10am, I ended up leaving the key in the door. It felt like the hotel wasn't really operating. A very strange experience.
