The pool was the biggest problem for me. They advertise it, but the whole pool area was so cold you could practically get sick, and the water was unbelievably cold too. Nobody dared even dip their feet, let alone swim. Staff said the water would be changed and warmed up, but that never happened. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was just okay, not great, with cold milk and juices that looked like they were made from powder.

The restaurant serves tasty food, and the location is excellent. The cleaning staff didn’t do their job properly. The hotel needs repairs, and the rooms need new furniture.

The rooms were dirty and smelled awful, and the staff were rude and didn’t speak English. I waited 45 minutes at the restaurant just for french fries and chicken with cornflakes. When I complained, the waitress said I hadn’t waited that long, though the food wasn’t even the main issue. As I was leaving, the receptionist called me rude and said I could go to another hotel. Think twice before coming, as the receptionist put it, “you have a choice”.
