Impresamente Art Hotel

We used one of the meeting rooms for work, and it was a pleasant, well-appointed space, much nicer than the plain conference rooms you often get elsewhere. The hotel also has a thoughtful focus on art and culture, with art books featuring works by various artists and master painters throughout, giving it a cultured, welcoming feel. Our stay met all our expectations. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well designed with good attention to detail. The property felt peaceful, and it was clear they take care to keep standards high. The staff were especially good: friendly, professional, ready to help, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. Their attention to detail was impressive. We’d recommend the hotel and plan to stay here again when we return to Sofia for work. It’s a solid option with comfortable rooms and genuinely good service.

The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were lovely too. A great option for a work trip. I had a wonderful stay.

The people working here are what make the hotel special. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. I felt welcome and well looked after from the moment I arrived, and I can’t recommend the place enough. I’ll definitely come back. The hotel was spotless, smelled fresh, and clearly gets a lot of care when it comes to hygiene. That made a real difference to how comfortable I felt. Breakfast was excellent too, with lots of fresh, tasty choices each morning. I also appreciated being able to use the 22kWh EV charger in the garage completely free. That thoughtful touch is hard to come by.

The room had a great view and was super clean. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful.
