The front desk employee was extremely rude, and the communication was cold and unpleasant. We felt unwelcome. The room’s cleanliness was terrible, with dirt everywhere, stains on the walls and furniture, and a badly maintained floor. The photos attached show the condition. That hygiene is unacceptable for a hotel in this category. At first glance, the pool and parking make the hotel seem decent, but our actual stay was very poor. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it without drastic improvements to cleaning standards and staff attitude.

I spent five nights there, and hot water was available barely twice. The breakfast was included and okay, though. Room cleaning only happens if you use the relevant door tag. When I checked in, the room hadn’t been cleaned properly: the floor was dirty, and hotel tags had been dropped all around. One day, my shower towel disappeared, even though no room service had been done. Drinking water was provided only on arrival, if you were lucky, and after that you had to get it yourself. A very poor experience.

The internet in my room really didn’t work well, so I always had to go out into the corridor to access anything. That was very inconvenient. Vitosha is okay, but room service wasn’t regular, perhaps because it was the holiday season.

Room 721 has a coffee maker, electric kettle, mini fridge, and views of the park and mountains. The carpet looks dusty. It’s a nice hotel, and the staff are a little cold but helpful.

I kept hoping the changing room would be cleaned up, but after several months the equipment is still broken and dirty. I’ve been using the spa for a while, and the women’s changing room is nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel claiming four stars. At first I thought the poor condition was temporary and the hotel would sort it out. It’s only gotten worse.
