The rooms were clean, warm, and peaceful, with comfortable beds and a good size for what we needed. There’s WiFi, but no fridge, and the bathroom has a shower. It’s about 15 minutes from the gondola, with two straightforward walks up to todorka, the mountain, one along the stream and the other through the lovely high street. Grancharova guest house is a traditional Bulgarian family home, and Vanya was the best host we’ve come across in our travels. She’ll help her guests with anything. Thanks again, Vanya, we really enjoyed our stay.

The guesthouse is clean and cozy, with a lovely garden and warm, comfortable rooms that have private bathrooms. It’s within walking distance of downtown and some short hikes. The whole family was welcoming and gave me great tips about town. Vanya, the owner, made me feel at home. I arrived without a reservation, and she helped me before she even knew I’d be staying there. Rather than just running a business, she really runs a house. Best place to stay in Bansko!

We had trouble with our apartment and were so grateful to be welcomed at the last minute. The place felt magical, cozy, and full of love, and it was beautifully decorated and super clean. Vanya was an amazing host who made sure we had more than everything we needed, including a delicious breakfast. Thank you so much! ❤️

The hosts are wonderful, with a mix of deep historical knowledge, genuine warmth, and delicious local cooking. The house has several options, from a lodge cabin to individual rooms in the main house. It’s the best place to stay when visiting Bansko, and I’d choose it every time I’m back.

Varya was wonderful and took care of anything we might need. The place also has a lovely garden and a fully equipped kitchen with every tool you can think of 😅. The rooms are top notch, spacious, nicely finished, and have a huge bathroom. Highly recommend!
