Being in the city center was a big plus, with the shops only about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel itself is small and beautiful, with a swimming pool and a sauna and spa guests can use. The food is very good, breakfast included. Our room stayed warm and there was always hot water.

The hotel was nice and good value, and getting to the gondola on foot was easy. The indoor pool looked a little foggy, so I didn't feel like going for a swim.

We were much happier with this place than we'd expected. It's a 5-minute walk from the ski lift, and for the price the breakfast had everything we wanted. The staff were helpful too. I forgot to pack a hairdryer, and they let me use one at reception. It would be nice if they offered plant milk for people who can't have dairy. The room was clean and well kept, with so much heating that we had to open the window. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Such a good deal.

The spa and jacuzzi were really nice, and they let us bring our own drinks. For what we paid, this hotel was excellent. Rooms were clean and looked after each day, with the sheets and towels changed daily. We also got help from the manager, who was kind enough to drive us around the city to sort out our ski passes. The service wasn't the best, and while the food was sometimes good, it could also be overcooked. I'd suggest going right at the start of a meal. I'm taking off a star because half the staff who should have been included in the price were priced separately. Still, for the money, an excellent hotel.
