The cabins are in an amazing location, but the shared outdoor spa wasn’t clean or properly prepared. The rooms could use better lighting, and the kitchens need a few more utensils.

We found someone else’s underwear in the wardrobe, which was the last straw. The receptionist was rude, and the restaurant wouldn’t serve our group of 12 even though it was nearly empty. The hotel was a disappointment and didn’t live up to how it was presented.

The roads around the cabins were covered in ice, and our car slid off the road just outside ours. The clerk wouldn’t help and told us to deal with it ourselves, so we had to pay 100 euros for a tow truck. When we explained what had happened, she laughed in our faces and threw us out of reception. The cabins were smelly and old, the service was as bad as it gets, and the receptionist was shockingly rude and spoke to us with no humanity. The people there were cold and disrespectful. I was miserable for both days of my stay. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place. The photos don’t come close to showing what it’s really like.

We spent six great days here as a family, and we’d gladly come back. The wooden cabins have an old-fashioned feel that I love. Don’t come expecting luxury, but there’s a warm atmosphere and plenty of peace and quiet. It’s near the Borovetz ski center. The rooms were pretty clean, the heating worked great, and housekeeping was good. A lovely place to relax and enjoy yourself. Thank you!
