The hotel was mediocre overall, and the cleaning could have been better. The sofa was dusty, and under the bed was even worse. The massage we booked wasn’t what we received: we’d booked 50 minutes, but they did 60 minutes on their own and charged us accordingly. The massage specialists talked to each other throughout, and commercials interrupted the relaxing music.

The food was hot and delicious, and the pool, jacuzzi and spa were all clean. Our apartment felt warm and homey, and it was clean too. We were greeted warmly at reception and given all the information we needed. Everything is close by, with the gondola a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend Predela to anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of Bansko.

Our stay was from 3rd Jan 2025 to 7th Jan 2025. We arrived at 15:00, the check-in time, with our two kids, aged 6 and 9. Reception said the room hadn’t been cleaned and would be ready two hours later. When we returned at 19:00, there was no receptionist, only a security guard who couldn’t speak English. He’d been told to hand over the room key after we paid, which he did. The room was a total disappointment: stains on the sofa, carpet, bed and floor, food scraps around the room, spiders, dust, hairs in the bed and two cockroaches. We called security, who phoned the manager because he couldn’t speak English. The manager apologized by phone and said it was impossible to clean the room at that point, but promised a refund for its poor condition and the late check-in. We spent two hours cleaning it ourselves before it felt acceptable enough to sleep in. The next day, reception arranged proper cleaning but said only the manager could handle the refund. We tried several times to reach him before checkout, but were told he was on a business trip and would contact us. He never did, even by the time I wrote this review. We got no room cleaning or fresh towels for the rest of the stay. We can’t comment on breakfast because after finding the cockroaches, we couldn’t bring ourselves to try it, even though it was paid for. The pool looked clean, but the chemicals were so strong they hurt our eyes. The room may have been new, but its condition didn’t come close to justifying the price. I absolutely don’t recommend this place, especially given how badly hygiene is underrated here. If you visit, DO NOT pay for the room before checking it.

We were heading to Greece and got an apartment booked in about five minutes after contacting the property. When we arrived, it was a clean two-bedroom place with everything our family needed. The beds were roomy and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of variety. We left happy and ready to continue our trip. Really appreciate how quick and efficient they were.
