Saint George Palace Bansko Aparthotel

The location worked well for both sightseeing and relaxing, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were attentive and always happy to help. Our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and spotless. The hotel felt elegant but still cozy, and everything was beautifully maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. I highly recommend it to anyone after comfort, quality, and great service.

The hotel offers good value, and the spa was a welcome treat after a full day on the slopes. Breakfast had a satisfactory selection and was very good, while the bar food was good too. The shuttle to and from the Gondola ran really well, and the ski hire shop next door was excellent. All the staff were friendly, the service was good, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and had a balcony and a nice view. It’s uphill and a little way from the town centre, but that suited us. I’d happily stay again and recommend the place.

On our second visit, the bar and restaurant food was tasty every time we ate there, and the prices were very reasonable. Benny in the downstairs bar is a real asset, so friendly and makes the best lattes. There was also a receptionist, a chap in his 30s whose name I didn’t catch, who was welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely apartment, though the beds weren’t the most comfortable.

The food was a real surprise, outstanding and nothing like standard hotel fare. You can also get to the hotel right from the ski slopes, which makes it a great option for skiers. It’s near the road to the ski center and has a beautiful view. The staff were very welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after.
